Yesterday Kyle discovered that his hand is attached to his arm! It was soo cute! He was in his crib with his left arm sticking straight out just staring at his fist. He'd move it back and forth and get a little grin on his face. Then he'd move his arm toward his face and his eyes would get huge. He must have stared at his hand for a good five minutes straight!
It's so fun (and kinda sad) to see how much he's changing and growing. Every week he does something new!
Here are all of his milestones/discoveries that I've been keeping track of:
Rolling onto side: This happened during week one. Yes, he really did roll over on his side when he was just a week old. I even put him on a very firm surface just to be sure.
Holding neck/head up: About week two.
Smiling: Week four. And he hasn't stopped since. He smiles all the time, especially when Matt pinches his cheeks! We love it!
Cooing: Week five. He has two 'words' that he says all the time. It's really cute.
Sucking on hands: Week eight. He's been trying to get both fists in his mouth at the same time, but so far has been unsuccessful.
I know it's crazy to watch them change! You love them so much it hurts! Aww, little squeezer! He's getting so big!
